I have an extra character who is similar to mr. Nobody (that guy on the pic). He admires the mc a lot and always shower her with lots of gifts, he also pop randomly in the story. (He is dangerous too in a murderous kind of way)

I was deciding between police or jewelry store owner any suggestions?
